It appears that the City of Cape Coral building codes may change in the near future. The change proposes to make seawall's life span longer, and have less deferred maintenance. However, there is a cost to this and it may have some buyers think twice about building a waterfront home the city will be holding public hearings to discuss the enclosed proposed changes to the seawall requirements.
